These are perfect for the mornings if you don’t feel like eating, but need something easily digestible and gives you some energy and satiety until you do. These are so compact and great for backpacking. They also taste great and have the perfect texture. 5/5So I was a little nervous after reading reviews of them being expired and crumbly but that was not an issue I experienced. I ordered both the salted Carmel and honey flavor, neither one so far has been crumbly and none are expired. These are very easy to eat one handed on the go! The taste is honestly great, I prefer the honey but the salted Carmel is still really good and not overwhelming with a salted Carmel taste (which some "salted carmel" foods can be almost sickly fake tasing). All in all I love these and they will be great for me when I hit my morning lift sessions but don't like to eat a full meal before working out!I used it for lunch or an afternoon snackOne or two wrappers were completely empty, but sealed off.
