Recently I was helping to host a Bridal Brunch and had volunteered to take creative responsibility for the favors for our guests. Since the bride t0 be was a confirmed tea drinker (and tea snob - chuckle), the favor was going to reflect her love of imported tea. The Honey Spoons were the absolute perfect addition to the tea mug and tea bags, and I knew that several guests had opened them up for a hot cup of tea the evening of the wedding since it was rather cold and rainy! Ordered some additional honey spoons for myself, and the variety of honey flavors are just different enough to make one's selection of tea something very special!I would give this a 5 but the packaging said it comes with a mix of Flavors of Ginseng, Propolis, Saffron, Turmeric and Royal Jelly - but all I received was Turmeric and saffron when I ordered the mix. Disappointed. But the product itself was excellent, individually wrapped and tasty!The package arrived containing three plastic jars of commingled clear plastic honey spoons sealed with a peel-off foil covering. The flavors were unusual and seemingly chosen for their purported health benefits rather than flavor. Saffron, ginseng, and turmeric have well been regarded in the natural health community, and bee enthusiasts will know about propolis and royal jelly. This is not to say that they don't taste good. The saffron tastes wonderful, and as a Korean, I really love the taste of Ginseng. It's obvious that the flavors are naturally sourced (the saffron even has visible threads). However, I would have liked to have a plain one as well. The serving size is convenient and it would be easy to stir them into hot tea.Pros: Good quality honey and medicinal ingredients. Convenient and hygienic.Cons: A lot of packaging, yet not sorted separately in the larger jars (you might have to dig to get the one you want).01/17/2021First Impression is the packaging is so neat and cute, which I think will be good as a gift. And in all favors of honey, I think I love most turmeric, propolis, and royal jelly. The taste of these honey are sweet but not the sweet that cut your throat. It's sweet but enough and gentle so I really like them. Ginseng honey smells stronger of ginseng than I thought, so I think I may give ginseng honey to someone who likes ginseng smell more than me.I like to mix them with tea in the morning, or with just warm water. I sometimes paste them, especially royal jelly and propolis, on bread.One other thing I like about this product is the whole product packaging can be recycled. As someone who concerns about the environment, I want to support this product more in the future.I am so excited to add these to my Christmas gift bags. They really are a perfect little addition. They have an earthy smell and come individually wrapped in plastic with a flavor label on the plastic. The label was easily removable for me to just stick on the end of the spoon. I unwrapped and did that for each of them. The earthy smell was gone after I unwrapped. I haven't tasted any yet because I didn't have enough for my gifts so once my replacement comes I'll give them a try. The only mishap was that I originally was sent only 10 out of 30 but the seller was very kind and understanding and is replacing at no charge. Thank goodness because I didn't want to just do honey sticks. I like my gifts to be unique and this definitely adds a touch of uniqueness.I love these honey spoons. The individually wrapped tablespoon portions are great snacks to have on the go. I like to use them in my morning tea, or as a little pick-me-up for energy in the afternoon. They come in an attractive box, each with 3 jars that hold 10 spoons each (5 of each flavor). I think they would make excellent gifts for family and friends as well. If you’re looking for a convenient and delicious snack, order a box of these!Great for gift giing. Convenient and has a variety of flavors.
